The Developing Organisational Training Plans programme has provided me with greater insight and tools to effectively plan and organize training from the identification of needs to the delivery and evaluation of training.
I was pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of the Online Training session via Zoom technology which allowed me to pursue the programme from the comfort of my home.
The facilitator Mr Mirza-Ali Mohammed never disappoints! His knowledge, style and delivery always keep me engaged.
