The BSC Associate Certificate Programme will show a step-by-step methodology to build and implement a BSC strategic management system. It will include a hands-on workshop to allow participants to get practical experience in developing a best practices BSC system.
Participants will have an opportunity to address specific issues in their respective organisation and will examine how to build upon their current planning and performance management systems.
The target audience will include Strategists, Consultants, Strategic Planners, Organisational Development or Change Management professionals, Heads of Functional Units, Organisation Design and HR Management professionals, Executives.
This exam will be conducted online and will consist of twenty-five (25) multiple-choice, true/false questions with a forty-five (45) minute time limit.
BSA Certificates will be awarded to participants who successfully complete the BSC Certification Exam by the Balanced Scorecard Institute (BSI) and George Washington University (GWU).
Certificates of Participation will be awarded jointly by the UWI-ALJGSB and BSI.
